An investment advisory firm dedicated to helping clients meet their long-term financial goals
After more than 35 years at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen and Katz, David Gruenstein retired from the practice of law to serve clients in a new way.

David brings to his new business the analytical thinking he has used for decades to solve a variety of complex problems, his experience with corporations and financial markets from a different perspective, and his longstanding commitment to serving clients.
He received a BA from Columbia College in 1977, majoring in probability and statistics, and a JD from Harvard Law School in 1980. He received his CFA designation in 2021.
